After those two significant layoffs, management failed to take any action to retain the remaining employees. Instead, it seemed as though they were penalizing us for not being let go. Just four years ago, this company provided a pleasant working environment, but over the past 18 months, we've witnessed a stark departure from how a company should treat its employees. Consequently, people are leaving in droves.

There's a glaring issue at hand, and management's response has been to merely organize lunches or plan social online events. However, the primary concern among employees is the exploitation they face. They're striving to receive fair compensation, benefits and the bonuses promised to them. They're seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth. The employees in this company are highly skilled in their respective fields, and as soon as they begin seeking alternative employment, they swiftly secure better opportunities. This has been the trend in recent months. Consequently, the company is witnessing a loss of experienced managers. In response, rather than addressing the root causes of dissatisfaction among existing employees, management's solution is to seek out interns and junior managers.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

It has become really bad after lay offs and the management became toxic as well. People started to quit or they are hoping to get another lay off to be fired. Because getting fired is better than staying here.

Kommunikation

There is no communication between the management and the employees. Therefore a lot of surprising lay off and bonus cancellation. Nobody sees those coming because CEO is not transparent with the company's future.

Employees are really great and they are experts in their fields.

Work-Life-Balance

You can work remotely but the company cuts 10% of your salary even if you live in Germany and don't wish to visit the office every week.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

For the associate and manager positions the salary is really low and those positions. The higher you go the better the salary gets. Majority of the company is associate or managers.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

If you are a senior manager or a director, great opportunities. But if you just started your career, it is really difficult.
