I think that communication was definitely something that was lacking, even between different departments. Quite often we would need to repeat the same information over and over again.

This is definitely a plus to the company.

I don't think the mid / long term goals were realistic or even drafted. In my opinion there were other higher priorities that were impacting our daily basis work that should have been taken into consideration.
Interessante Aufgaben
Some tasks were interesting, others not so much. I have the impression each one of us, once in a while, created some tasks to make it more interesting.
