I think the tools were in place but somehow there was not really a proper standard/guideline for the employees to ingress in the trainings or workshops

I don't think the mid / long term goals were realistic or even drafted. In my opinion there were other higher priorities that were impacting our daily basis work that should have been taken into consideration.

I think that communication was definitely something that was lacking, even between different departments. Quite often we would need to repeat the same information over and over again.

Some tasks were interesting, others not so much. I have the impression each one of us, once in a while, created some tasks to make it more interesting.
