Great, Capable and a working environment to wish for
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Support, organization, empathy, leadership
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Team Work really means team work. From the CO with high capacity of understanding, investing in development of the Whole Team to the Team support from each member I was accepted, guided, supported and well taken care of from everyone. If only there are companies like this
Work-Life-Balance
Never complained about it! Micromanagement isn’t an option in this Company
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The whole Team is a great pick of amazing individuals everyone with a unique way of working, but ready to share their tactics and knowledge in every way.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Older colleges showed only support from the beginning and behaved as one should with sharing their knowledge
Arbeitsbedingungen
Just great. The calmness and understanding of the CO was enlightened.
Support and understanding with a lot of encouragement
Kommunikation
Excellent communication between coworkers and support. Always available to sort any issue and highly organized
