Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
After a really difficult year 2014 Crytek is finally back on track. The projects are all really promising and the strategy for the near future is really good. Crytek invests a lot in it's employees and the working atmosphere is exceptional. It's fantastic to work with all these intelligent and creative people.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The communication between teams could be better and there are some minor issues that are already taken care of.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Improve communication between teams and develop a strong vision that applies to all teams.
