Almost all staff are fixed employees, so there are few opportunities for freelancers.

The company should re-start the breakfast learning sessions which were stopped.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Friendly, international, open and social. The office is in a cool part of town and it is a generally young team vibe. Lots of events and activities with colleagues, should you choose to participate.

There is some flexibility: you can take time off to compensate for overtime work. It is a serious business with serious clients so there is a level of responsibility assumed always, but there is enough flexibility within teams to maintain a pretty good balance.

Cool team with lots of energy and dedication! What stands out is that everyone is super helpful and really seems to care - both about each other, and about how well the job gets done. It's probably the most suitable environment for those quite ambitious to do a good job and have individual impact, but who are still super team-oriented and conscious that results ultimately take teamwork.

Very busy and fast-paced most of the time - certainly not lacking a good challenge though and any overtime is compensated in additional free time, which is cool

There seem to be lots of different options to progress and grow within the company - I'm asked about my interests and goals a lot, so it's worth investing in them to make the best of it :)

Very teamwork oriented - there's a general sense that everyone is on the same "mission" and there's no unhealthy competition, even with more ambitious people

Personally I've only had good experience with my supervisors and I've had 4 so far - for me, it's been a good balance of not settling for the minimum and pushing for me to use my potential, while also (for me very important!) having a good understanding that life is life, so personal situations and challenges are not just dismissed as irrelevant.

I always felt included and welcome - the communication is respectful but also clear. Sometimes there's lots of messages to follow on various channels.

There seems to always be something new to do and learn, and everyone reacts positively if I express interest in taking on new or more responsibility. The company is growing and changing but still in a "healthy" manner which gives a sense of lots of potential future opportunities to try out new things!

There is a lot of room for development, the environment is agile and dynamic and it supports fast learning in different skills and areas. The clients are big global companies and working for them provides very interesting and useful learning possibilities. The working atmosphere is very collaborative and supportive among the team members, and there is fun during the daily work-life.

As with any agency, the work can be intense. This doesn’t necessarily mean overtime, but it does mean that time is tight, and one must be able to prioritize and move quickly from one topic to another. It is a fast-paced work environment with many client-facing elements which can be demanding.

All working equipment is up-to-date and is being properly maintained and exchanged if needed, we have everything we need throughout the day - water, coffee, breakfast essentials, we have our own Späti, and lunch is being provided once a week, and during our team days once a month.

There’s a strong culture of open communication, where feedback is encouraged and valued at all levels. The communication is transparent and that helps building trust and ensures that everyone feels heard and respected.

Every single thing was a nightmare.

Instead of telling people to make positive comments on Kununu after receiving a negative review, work on the attitude of your managers in real life. Some of them are not really a good fit to be a manager.

Managers are very commanding and unfriendly, they only like you if you say yes to everything they say and take every blame. peers on the other hand have zero patience to new starters and do not want to share any kind of knowledge. at least this was the situation in my team.

No cohesion at all. My peer never wanted to give me onboarding on anything because she simply did not want to. When she did it, I could not even ask questions because she would answer in an angry tone.

Very unfriendly managers. They never ever had weekly 1-1s with me. They just hire you, teach you nothing, give you a bunch of tasks, and expect you to perform perfectly.

I witnessed a lot of times swear words to clients or team members, and sometimes even arguments during calls. Come on guys, do not act like everyone is your enemy except for your 3 member-team.

Always tricky, more from a general perspective and I think there is not the perfect place to work from, but there are options to have flexibility in working remotely (for a time) and reduce working hours.

it`s an agency... life can be stressful, let`s face it. At the same time, the company really supports people with family, is very flexible with allowing to adapt working time etc.

I really enjoy the working environment. Everyone is very respectful, open and inclusive.
Work-Life-Balance
There are core working hours from 10 to 5 which limit the overall flexibility. However, it's generally no problem to occasionally be flexible if there is any need for (e.g. for personal appointments etc.). Also there is the option to work from abroad for 3 months per year.
