I really like working for a company that combines the benefits of being a small company (we have around 85 people) with the professionalism of a big corporate (which we need when working with our clients); there is a lot of focus on being a great place to work and there are plenty of opportunities for growth (either in a managerial role or into a more specialist / technical role)

Decisions sometimes take a lot of time because of some bottlenecks in the management team - more guidelines or autonomy could help

Although there needs to be internal documentation, time tracking, monitoring of projects, etc. I sometimes wish we could reduce the administrative part of our work a little

With some organizational restructuring going on, it is sometimes not clear what to communicate to whom but in general communication is transparent and open
