Constant layoffs are the norm, with no trace of a workplace culture—there are no performance bonuses, at least not in my department. Colleagues simply vanish, and no one ever mentions them again, as if they never existed. Farewells only happen if you choose to leave on your own—then you get a card because you’re leaving empty-handed. HR are unfriendly, officious, and arrogant.
Kommunikation
Communication between employees is good because people are nice and want to help each other. Managers, on the other hand, spout nonsense during boring meetings, expecting miracles from the sales of a hopeless product.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
People are nice, but they don’t get attached to each other. They know you might be gone at any moment.
Work-Life-Balance
Work-life balance is good. You can work from home and from the office. However, one does not feel satisfaction from their hard work because they are not rewarded for it. You can only hear: "thank you", and be fired a week later.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
There's absolutely no real and healthy structure—each senior manager is responsible for several departments, leading to a complete lack of ethics and respect for employees.
Interessante Aufgaben
Forget about interesting projects—they’re nothing but a dream. The priority here is speed and low cost, which in practice means covering up a mess with a bit of polish and having no real processes in place.
Gleichberechtigung
The company claims not to discriminate, yet there are hardly any women in managerial positions; a clique of men runs the firm.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
This isn’t an issue; no one stays long enough to grow old there. Employees are either dismissed or resign on their own.
Arbeitsbedingungen
You can rely on a good computer for work. However, the office I worked in was cluttered, unattractive, and lacked a designated eating area.

I have never heard that this topic is important to the company. They are too busy saving the failing business.
Gehalt/Benefits
The salary was fine, but there were no bonuses for good work or engagement.

Employees have a very negative opinion of the company. Personally, I would advise anyone against working here. A company is its people, and here the management is blinded by the desire for profit.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
If a career advancement means just a change in job title, you can expect that, but your actual work won’t change, and you won’t have a team. In the end, you won’t be able to develop as a manager.
