During usual business days it was very smooth. During Corona times the communication could have been proactive.

Direct communication from Management can be improved. The motivation from Management to the Da Vinci employees during these strange times was missing

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We totally agree that Da Vinci gathers many friendly people. However, we are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the internal communication during the pandemic. We are taking your feedback on this into consideration to improve our internal communication and believe that we have already been able to learn and make progress throughout the pandemic, such as by including our employee app in our internal communication.
