Als Leiharbeiter bekommt man von der eigentlichen Arbeitsatmosphäre nicht viel, da man 99% der Zeit beim Kunden bzw. Auftraggeber ist. Es gibt keine positive oder negative Eindrücke, was dazu zählt dass man weder gute noch schlechte Anbindung zu Firma findet.

Aktuelle Lage der Firma ist bekannterweise schlecht aber wird 0 kommuniziert und daran wird mit eigenen Mitarbeitern, die Umsatz generieren (die Leiharbeiter selber), nicht zusammen an Lösungen gearbeitet, sondern bei erster Gelegenheit und beim ersten Eindruck von reduzierten Aufträgen wird der Kündigungsknopf gedrückt.
