Die Atmosphäre innerhalb der Abteilung war immer sehr gut, darüber hinaus herrscht eine Angstkultur, weil jeder jederzeit fürchten muss für kleinste Fehler oder gar unbegründet gekündigt zu werden.

Die Kommunikation war auch innerhalb der Abteilung gut, darüber hinaus eher mittelmäßig bis schlecht. Die Kommunikation zwischen den Abteilungen ist teilweise gut, weil die Arbeitsumstände auch auf gewisse Weise zusammenschweißen. Die Kommunikation von der Geschäftsführung ausgehend ist absolut ungenügend und selten wahrheitsgemäß.
