I am personally really satisfied with the company, team, and colleagues and will recommend the company to anyone. The company culture is open and international. The colleagues are friendly and willing to offer support and help. The most important thing is there is a promising budget for each employee to train himself/herself, including professional certificates as well as German courses. Besides, the company applies Management 3.0, everyone is responsible for himself/herself, regarding decision making, responsibilities, and time management.

In my opinion, it will be good to include an annual health check for each employee.
