The company has a clear approach to work life balance. For some people this means a 40 hour week and reasonable expectations. Karriere/Weiterbildung
Every employee is encouraged to complete a minimum of 10 days training per year. New employees are sent through detailed training courses. Everyone is certified in Scrum , Agile iterative development and standard communication courses with each person given a unique development plan
