I know everyone is expected to work 40 hours, and not more, but there could be a system of overtime.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Your contributions to the company are visible to everyone, and you can see how much difference you made. The environment is great for anyone who wants to use all of their talents. Every year there are 3 main events (Christmas-, summer-party, and Oktoberfest) which are always amazing.
Kommunikation
The finances and projects are visible to anyone. Each team is taking care of its own profit and loss. Any changes in the company are communicated and can be challenged by employees.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Most of my coworkers are very helpful, and until now I didn't have an experience that someone would refuse to help.
Work-Life-Balance
There is a lot to do. It is of course up to you if on top of your project you want to contribute to managerial areas, but sometimes it can get quite intense. Projects can be quite demanding and in those times you might work longer.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The owners know the business and set realistic goals every year. The goals are transparent and there is always an outline of how these goals can be achieved. The conflicts are usually successfully resolved on a personal level. The bosses also have a good eye when someone needs and advice/coaching in some area.
Interessante Aufgaben
For anyone with a wide array of interests, there is a lot of interesting things to do. With every task, you are expected to take upon yourself full ownership. The projects I've been working on were very interesting and impactful, but I am aware that some projects might be less interesting.

Everyone is considered equal.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
The average age is quite low, but in my view, the older colleagues are treated well.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Everyone gets laptop and phone budget, and it is enough to get a really high-end device, with which you can do all the work needed undisturbedly. The office can be quite loud on Fridays, but this is quite normal in the consulting line of work.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Everyone is expected to do 3 days of social work.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
For all the 3 years the salary was always paid on time. Every year you discuss your salary in the yearly review, and with good performance, you can also expect an increase every year.

I think the image is very realistic, and not hyped at all.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You can take upon yourself a lot of responsibility, for example helping in sales, working on internal projects, etc. Everyone gets a good training budget, and 10 training days per year to go with it.
