Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The time one has to wait for an approval is really long
The salary is not really high and DCMN should increase the salaries to cherish the performance from their employees

All in all, I really like working at DCMN but especially, the management should be aware that DCMN has reached a growth where they have to give responsibility to their employees and colleagues.
