Things can always be better but at the moment I cannot remember myself of anything that DCMN has to change. I would only recommend keeping this fantastic culture and continue hire so amazing people

If I was able to, I would like to rate the atmosphere at DCMN with 10+ :) DCMN is a unique combination of different people who get very well with each other. People there are very different but at the same time so close to each other in terms of values. I woke up every day with an enthusiasm because I simply loved the company and the people I was working with. There is not any other place where employees are put on the top and their opinion matters more than anything else :) I felt appreciated and supported while working there. Thankful to the non-stopping learning environment and my team, I got familiar with fundamentals in offline marketing as well as with the processes that make a certain campaign successful.

I was involved in a culture-related project as they recently introduced Beta company culture. It was very interesting to work on topics related to that and how to implement to new stracture effectively.

Bei DCMN werden Engagement und gute Leistungen honoriert, sodass sich ideale Aufstiegschancen für ambitionierte Personen ergeben. Fehler werden verziehen und Probleme konstruktiv gelöst. Sowohl die Unternehmensführung als auch die Kollegen sind immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Team wächst organisch, aber nicht übereilt, sodass sich eine tolle Arbeitsatmosphäre entwickelt hat. Mir persönlich hat die Arbeit bei DCMN viel Spaß gemacht und ich habe jede Menge lernen können.

Ich kann mich nicht daran erinnern, dass mir jemals ein gewünschter Urlaubstag versagt wurde. Die Arbeitszeit konnte ich entsprechend meiner Belastungen an der Universität anpassen, besser geht es eigentlich nicht.

Immer nett und verständnisvoll, sodass sich Arbeit und Studium hervorragend miteinander koordinieren lassen.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Tolles und geräumiges Büro in einem der schönsten Ecken Berlins. Kaffe, Obst und Clubmate stehen jederzeit bereit und selbst Werkstudenten werden mit Macbook und Iphone ausgestattet.

Kommunikation

Immer freundlich und vieles kann informell geklärt werden. Da das Unternehmen stetig wächst, müssen sich einzelne Prozesse noch einspielen, was aber überhaupt nicht stört. Auf Grund der internationalen Ausrichtung wird viel Englisch gesprochen, was mir sehr gefallen hat.

Gleichberechtigung

Die Internationalität des Teams führte eher zu einer tollen Arbeitsatmosphäre und interessanten Gesprächen, als dass ich jemals irgendeine Form der Benachteiligung für bestimmte Personen wahrgenommen hätte.

Interessante Aufgaben

Hohes Niveau und Pensum, sodass man ge- aber nicht überfordert wird. Der Lerneffekt war sehr groß, die Arbeit abwechslungsreich und spannend.
