Big Office - no walls - extremely loud - nowhere to escape to find room for creative inspiration - even the so called Social Areas - are used as meeting zones

Pretty straight forward - but often without substance and - the opinion/ guidelines/ Briefings - change like every other minute

Collegues are OK - just some special Guys with LGBT Background behave like they own the Agency

Lots of work - minimal Life

The Management recently changed but they seem totally unqualified - also its not alway clear who's the Boss - there a two Girls and a very harsh and egomaniac Guy

Plenty of Jobs - but just rushing from one copy/ Project to another - no passion

I have experienced no difficulties as a girl - but they seem to prefer hiring gay Guys - which often behave "special" and very Divaresque

There were some more adult employees around - but it seemed like non of the younger really cared - and they had to fulfill the same pace

You work in an environment thats close to some call centers - the germans call it Grossraumbuero - not very inspiring and loud - you can't concentrate writing copies

Average Pay - but they seem to have no idea how expensive it is to make a living in Berlin - we are not in the 90s anymore

I´ve asked to be trained additionally to my existing talents - on InDesign and Video Edit - they did not even gave me a qualified answer - comment do that in you free Time on weekend (we had to work most of the weekends without compensation!)
