Working there has made me sick!

Working there feels like working at a train station or airport. Lots of people and it is loud! And there is a woman walks constantly through the office laughing loudly and triatrically, even when there was no joke haha. Of course it's totally normal for colleagues to talk to each other, but the spatial conditions are simply not conducive to creative work and do not encourage intellectual exchange. You sit together with other companies in a large room you have to share with.
Well I mean they have some social areas but unfortunately these areas are used as meeting rooms. So DDB should really take a look for another office you have place for creative work.
