Not a good place to work
Ex-Angestellte/r oder Arbeiter/inHat bis 2024 im Bereich IT in Berlin gearbeitet.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- Many employees were allowed to work from home while I have to be in the office thrice in a week.
- External team makes it a lot harder from internal employees to integrate
- As soon as they handed over me the termination, they revoked all my accesses. It’s like I have never worked there before.
- No clear goals
- No team events or office events.

- Communication can be improved throughout the company
- Have more clear and realistic goals
- Largely dependent on external organisations
