Arbeit macht langsam keinen Spaß mehr. Immer weniger Personal aus Kostengründen. Personal was noch vorhanden ist muss dadurch natürlich immer mehr leisten. Krankenqoute steigt dadurch was wiederum für weniger Personal auf der Fläche sorgt

Saisonbetrieb mit recht langer Urlaubssperre im Sommer. Wenn ein Feiterag in der Woche ist zählt dieser als freier Tag Rest der Woche muss durch gearbeitet werden. Freier Samstag höchstens einer im Monat aber selbst das nicht immer
