While the company initiated contact through a headhunter, the interviewer seemed unprepared and lacked understanding of European work culture. Instead of a balanced exchange, the interview felt one-sided. The interviewer repeatedly accused me of not visiting their website and spent excessive time boasting about the company's size, which wasn't relevant to the discussion. Overall, the process felt unprofessional and did not allow for a meaningful conversation about the role or my potential fit within the organization.

I would except that they respect the applicant more not keep me waiting for no reasons. I sent my application in November 2018 and got a telephone interview appointment in January and was promised to have the second interview in March but never happened. After some calls, I got the answer on the phone (not official) that they would not want to offer this job anymore but I saw the job advertisement and applied again. Still no answer. I felt disrespected!!!
