We care a lot about the work-life balance of each colleague and make sure to take breaks. We leave the office at a very reasonable time.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

There are definitely medium and long-term development opportunities. There have been a lot of promotions in the team this year. Proper trainings are also offered in order to succeed with our role.

We have great support from our manager. We have commonly set up my goals which are definitely realistic. One on one's are a good occasion for asking advice. I have never experienced a conflict at work because we work in a very collaborative and friendly atmosphere.

We have the chance to be in a beautiful office at Odeonplatz.

Kommunikation

We celebrate the successes of everyone and always share good results within the team. I like that we are not overwhelmed with useless meetings. Once a week, we have a video call with our Frankfurt office.

Interessante Aufgaben

I have a lot of freedom with my tasks and the way I execute them. I manage my own recruiting desk which allows me to structure my weeks like I feel is the best way to do so.
