However Dexina means working within an environment of individual competition, lies, missing communication, struggling to survive, cheating and inefficient working.
The strategy of Dexina is to push the employees to resign their jobs on their own to become a start-up. What a surprise – that is the only thing Dexina is good in.
The really bad and barbarous management behavior results in a very high fluctuation and unsatisfied employees.
