One of the benefits of being a small-sized consulting firm is that you get to work on various interesting tasks: from working on interesting projects and conducting workshops to preparing sales pitches and conducting research studies. In my two-year stint I got to work on a variety of topics with numerous interesting tasks, resulting in a steep learning curve.
