good working hours, flexible to some degree and great team activities. Each Friday is a After-work drinks event at the company and we get off one our early for it. Informational Lunch once a month if possible provides an opportunity to eat with your colleagues before learning something new.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
would be great if we could get rid of plastic bottles, but we recycle and have water dispensers.
