As the company is relatively small, it can't offer many career options. But what it offers is training for almost everything (job related) and responsibilities which support everyone to climb up the career ladder.

A lot of initiatives to spend time together after work, which are widely used.

Very flexible working time, coming to the office is not mandatory - but always worth it.
Kommunikation
It's not so easy sometimes with the mothership DKB, but within the CodeFactory it's almost perfect. Nice, friendly and always on a personal level, while also staying professional.
Gehalt/Benefits
It's not top of the market, but with the overall package with working hours and culture it's very good.
Gleichberechtigung
They pay a lot of attention to that topic and due to trainings and presentations one can learn a lot.

It definitely on the edge of how the banking industry will look like in the future. Everyone has their share to shape this.
