Keinen hat was dagegen, wenn man mal sein Kind ins Büro mitnimmt oder man zu Hause arbeitet und parallel sein Kind betreut muss. Wenn man mal früher gehen muss, wird einfach die Zeit nachgeholt, egal ob Abends oder wann anders

Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten. Karrieremöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls, wenn auch begrenzt, vorhanden.

Hier kann man gut und gerne nachjustieren. Gute Arbeit sollte zusätzlich belohnt werden.

Gut, wir sind im Airline-Catering tätig und beliefern damit eine Branche, die häufig als einer der größten Umweltsünder gilt. Da steht Umweltbewusstsein naturgemäß nicht immer im Vordergrund. Trotzdem bemüht sich das Unternehmen, zunehmend umweltbewusster zu agieren.

Including +/- 20 hours of overtime in the salary is a practice that will pave the way for employees who avoid taking responsibility in the future. For example; I think that an employee who I want to work overtime when needed may say that they will not be paid or will not get a day off for the overtime they will do, so they do not want to work overtime.

I felt that there was a bit of a lack of harmony between the team. As a manager, I have action plans to fix this.
