What I dislike about the employer
As we scale rapidly across markets, we could improve cross-country HR alignment. Some processes work differently in Paris vs Berlin vs Milan and harmonizing takes effort. But the team is very aware and actively working on it.
Working atmosphere
The work is genuinely meaningful. Helping the Tech & product teams to scale while knowing our product helps millions of patients access healthcare faster keeps me motivated every day. It's not just HR for HR's sake.

What I value most is how we invest in our people's growth, especially in tech and product. we've built strong career frameworks and our teams have real opportunities to develop their skills and move up. Seeing engineers and Product Managers grow into leadership roles is incredibly rewarding
