We use Slack and have regular updates for everyone. You generally know where the ship is sailing. Sure, at this speed, info sometimes slips through the cracks, but nothing is hidden on purpose.

Honestly the best part. We’re a diverse bunch, but we really support each other. No sharp elbows or office politics here, just genuine team play. Even when working remotely, you don’t feel left out.
Work-Life-Balance
This is a bit of a mixed bag. On the plus side: Flexibility is huge – remote work and trust-based hours are real. But to be honest: The workload can be extremely high at times. Because everyone is so motivated, it’s hard to say 'no' or close the laptop on time.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
On a personal level, the leads and founders are top-notch – very down-to-earth, approachable, and easy to talk to. However, you can tell that leadership is often still stuck deep in the operational weeds. This means there’s sometimes little time for real strategy or structured feedback beyond the day-to-day stuff. Decisions can feel a bit ad-hoc or 'gut-based' occasionally. We’re just missing some clear structures there, though that’s probably normal for this growth stage.
Interessante Aufgaben
It never really gets boring. You’re encouraged to take ownership early on. And since the product (training for frontline workers) actually makes sense, it feels like you’re working on something meaningful rather than just pushing slides around.
