I really enjoy that despite DONE!Berlin being a remote company, that we all meet 2 times a month for a voluntary co-working. This really helps not to feel isolated and to bond more with the team.

Really nice team, which is supportive towards each other. Because of this, even if the team mostly works remote, the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming.

Open and direct. Just as it should be for a remote working team.

The Job at DONE!Berlin allows for great Work-Life-Balance. Because of the flexible system, one could shift working hours according to ones preference. Also, you can start when you feel fresh. Some people start at 6am, others at 10am.
