Hire and promote people with qualifications not friends of the management

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Only friends of the management get promoted and only their opinion is being evaluated. Otherwise you are just being used until a cheaper employee comes up who can do your work. It's not important how hard you work or how much you might care for the end product. Meritocracy is a word they have never heard.

thanks a lot for your statement and suggestions, we sincereley appreciate all feedback and would like to work together to make Dreamlines a wonderful workplace for all colleagues.

It is troubling to read, that your experience with promotions at Dreamlines was rather negative. Promotions within Dreamlines are based on Performance, not personal relationships. If you could provide us with more info about the specific situation you are referring to, we are happy to get together to explain and discuss. Even though you're not with Dreamlines anymore we would welcome your personal feedback and would invite you to reach out to us as we want to make sure that the career path for all Dreamlines colleagues is as transparent as it is rewarding!
