I would say, it is way off the usual market value.
There are some social benefits, but you will get them only, if you are using some perks.

The wage will be paid on time and way too low related to your workload.

Ich sag es mal so: ich konnte es mir nicht mehr leisten, dort weiter zu arbeiten.
Und ich hatte studiert und Arbeitserfahrung.
Gehalt hat zum ÜBERleben gereicht aber nicht mehr für Urlaub / neue (wirklich notwendige) Sachen kaufen.
Jetzt verdiene ich fast das doppelte. Meine Voraussetzungen sind gleich geblieben.
Das neue Unternehmen ist größer & zahlt besser.

I find the salary to be competitive. Some companies will pay more but want me in the office 3 or 5 days a week.

In allen Abteilungen herrscht eine Bezahlung unter dem Markdurchschnitt. Viele KollegInnen sind aktuell genervt und verlieren das Vertrauen in das Management. Versprochene Gehaltsanpassungen nach dem Firmenzusammenschluss sind ausgeblieben. Hierfür wurde sogar eine big four Beratungsfirma für viel Geld engagiert, um neue Gehaltsbänder + Karrierewege zu entwickeln. Ergebnisse wurden nie umgesetzt bzw. Die Firma hat es dann selbst in die Hand genommen.

My salary never felt appropriate for the tasks I was given after the first month. My salary is significantly below current market rates. When the "salary bands" were introduced I was only given a negligable adjustment.

I was always given positive performance feedback, but was never granted a raise. At the moment no promotions or raises will be considered.

Pay is below industry average. It’s always claimed that the company is looking for good talent but the pay is somehow below average, so how can you attract top talent with that?

It’s important to note that the remote option alleviates this a bit, but there are a bunch of companies out there that also offer full remote work but pay much higher.

Even tough the company is growing at a moderate pace and management is praising the team, salary will not increase. It’s still too slow for the executives (or rather the investors). Employees are let go due to various reason, but the truth is, the company is basically cutting costs and fires people, which is fine (it’s still a company and business at the end of the day) but it should be communicated as such.

So here comes the questions, what happens with the work that these ex colleagues did before they were asked to leave the company? Right, the work from them is distributed to the remaining employees. So more workload for us, and also increasing quarterly goals, more pressure, and all that for no pay raise? Sounds fair to me, dealfront helping you make a great deal like promised.
