Die Wege sind direkt und kurz. Die Führungskräfte sind jederzeit verfügbar und auch die Inhaberfamilie direkt kann jederzeit und unkompliziert angesprochen werden.
Grundsätzlich sehr gut. Es ist wie überall- mit manchen versteht man sich besser und mit manchen eher weniger. Aber wenn es drauf ankommt kann man sich aufeinander verlassen
Gearbeitet werden muss. Und dafür muss natürlich auch Zeit aufgewendet werden. Es wird aber sehr viel Rücksicht auf individuelle Wünsche bei der Planung genommen. Sehr familienfreundlich!!

Es wird ehrlich und reflektiert kommuniziert, sowohl mit der Führungsebene als auch mit Kollegen.
Tolles Team und nette Kollegen. Es wird gern auch mal gescherzt und die Führung ist immer daran interessiert eine gute Arbeitsatmosphäre zu schaffen. Auch wenn manchmal viel zu tun ist geht der Spaß an der Arbeit nie verloren!
