Von vorne rein mit offenem Karten spielen.
Neue Mitarbeiter besser und länger einarbeiten.
Sich auch mal öfters mit dem Mitarbeiter auseinander setzen damit dieser auch mal zeigen kann was er noch für Talente/Stärken hat um diese auch im Unternehmen mit einbringen zu können.

Anfänglich wurde noch darauf geachtet das man einen freien Tag unter der Woche hat, aber das änderte sich bald so das man Hauptsächlich eine 6-Tage Woche hat. Dazu kam dann auch das man immer öfters als alleine die Abteilung in einer Schicht meistern musste und das auch noch ohne Pause weil ja sonst niemand meine Abteilung übernehmen konnte.
Arbeitspläne kamen unregelmäßig.
