Treat employees as human beings not like content-producing-machines.

Demanding over demanding but delivering nothing by themselves while being arrogant and egoistic. But there will be no change even if they know about their bad reputation inhouse since they are covered from above.

Thank you very much for your feedback, even if we regret your feelings very much.
In your rating you address various topics. We would like to elaborate on a few points.
The well-being of our employees is very important to us and we are aware of how high the workload is when realizing some projects and what outstanding work our colleagues do. In order to appreciate exactly this commitment and to express our thanks, we surprised our employees last month with half a free working day under the guise of a virtual meeting. The feedback on this was very positive! Since we also know that time is very valuable for private life, we are happy to be able to contribute to that part.

All of our managers have many years of professional experience and management experience and we offer colleagues, who are new to the topic of leadership, the opportunity to receive further trainings in the form of seminars.They also hold regular feedback discussions with their employees, which are supported by HR. As part of this, every employee should give their supervisor constructive feedback and the opportunity to improve.

It is also very unfortunate that you found your tasks to be uninteresting. Of course there are routine tasks that leave less room for creativity. Therefore, unfortunately, I cannot agree with you, because we can see from the creative and outstanding work of our colleagues how much fun and commitment they have.
