Timing of communication from management. The sudden shift to prioritising German as the business language when we had international colleagues.

Invest in supportive internal processes and team members. Implement feedback from colleagues.
Kommunikation
The majority of communication between project members worked well when expectations were clearly defined. Feedback meetings at the end of projects were missing, as you had to jump onto the next project.

For me, this was the best part. Colleagues support and understand each other, and you look forward to spending time even outside of work.

Mostly reasonable. Overtime could usually be balanced throughout the week. Some colleagues in operational and senior roles were overworked.

Assumptions that in my experience were not verified with team members. Being blindsighted by decisions made by managing directors.

No clear progression plan or initiative from the company to support learning. Before cuts, there used to be more benefits, like language courses and coaching.
