- As the company grew very quickly in a short time, structure and processes aren't in place yet so new people should be excited to bring structure and processes to the company. Existing employees are very open to new ideas and ways of working too.

- Begin to consciously work on DEI to be more inclusive, these things don't happen organically
- Improve the communication and scheduling of interviews by using scheduling tools
