Dear colleague,
First of all we want to thank you for your rating. These are open and hard words that we - the management as well as I as the HR Manager - take to heart.
From our point of view, your statements seem too sweeping, are simply inaccurate in this form and devalue the performance of many colleagues. Especially your comment "One old guy who has no idea what he is doing there." is discriminating. We cannot and do not want to leave that as it is.
I will not comment every single point but I can say that many of your allegations are simply not true – for example the "No development opportunities.". For instance: in the first four months of this year, we have promoted 3 employees to leadership positions based on their skills.
We always try to promote our employees to management instead of hiring new employees.
Yet another claim that we have to comment is “Shouting at employees”. This is nothing we will ever accept and was not nor will ever be a supported management behaviour. This is just not true.
We would like to learn more about the personal but also professional challenges our employees face every day. The doors of the general management, as are the doors of the HR department are always open.
We live the open door policy and everybody from student to management is invited to talk to whoever he or she likes to. This is not just a phrase! We live it!
