Not an easy branch as we sell consumer data, but we are respected as the most professional player in the market. It is difficult still to be recognize by companies not working with us

Flexible working time and 4 days home office per month, not bad, but could be better if there would be a gym or better train connection
Karriere/Weiterbildung
flat hierarchies, but company is sponsoring innovative projects and I see space to grow there. Training is offered internally, maybe some external trainings would be great
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Colleagues buy a lot of process food and there is no recycling. Company could help with a plastic and paper recycling containers.

Bonus system depends sometimes on others, but in general is motivating

Newsletters and weekly/monthly updates. A couple of time info comes from the gossip, but it also arrived later officially
Interessante Aufgaben
Not easy job, but challenging and creative. I would do more branding as it is difficult to break the ice with clients
