Arbeitsatmosphäre
The working atmosphere is great. The managers work on keeping a respectful environment. I have already seen them acting proactively to avoid damages to the the working atmosphere.
Kommunikation
The company has a very transparent communication. Regular meetings are set to share important information/updates and keep the entire team informed.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The colleagues are very international and easygoing. It is easy to work with different teams together. The superiors have open doors policy, which also helps in the communication flow and quick decisions.
Work-Life-Balance
The company offers an outstanding work-life balance. The working hours are very flexible (in some teams more than others, but still negotiable). I rarely see colleagues working after 6 Pm. It is an excellent company for those with family. We are all in a hybrid system, which is good for the work-life balance. We must go to the office three times a week on fixed dates. It would be even better if you could decide what three days you wanted to be in the office.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The superiors are very fair and transparent with their decisions. I also see an effort from their side to include the employee’s wish consideration. In case of conflict, they are open and proactively initiate a dialogue and solve the issues. It would be nice to have more precise goals and a career plan.

Arbeitsbedingungen
The computers are suitable. Everyone has two screens and their laptop for home office days. The company offers help to set a proper home office (for example table, chair, extra screen, keyboard and mouse) if needed. The temperature in the office are usually good.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
There is trash separation, and I heard there is also some charity donation every year.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The company pays on time and a good salary. It would be nice to have support with transport for everyone, support with health (for example, gym membership), German lessons for international colleagues (or also business English), and cantine for lunch in the office.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
The company supports further training if requested. The career plan is not clear.
