Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The offices and lunchroom have been redesigned and it´s now very inviting and modern.
The equipment has also been replaced.
Free drinks and fruit deliveries are great and everyone enjoys.
Now there is also the option of a gym membership for everyone, and egentic covers the costs, which is very cool!
egentic is a great employer!!!

feel like this is not keeping up with the times, a hip work culture and bringing the teams together is an area for improvement here.

Work-Life-Balance

at previous jobs there was an 8-hour working day inkl break this is not the case here, say you have 30 minutes travel time then you are away from home for min 10 hours. for the people who have 1 hour of travel time there is little time for a private life.

the company does not proactively mentor and up-skill people

for the work you do here the time you invest and the profits the company makes you are paid far below average.

Kommunikation

there is hardly any mutual communication between teams at working level, innovations are hardly shared.

International team, very healthy management without micromanagemet, office location, opportunity to work from home twice a week. Absence of useless meeting that has no other points than discussion for the sake of discussion.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Some processes lack speed (probably it may be applied to most of middle-big size companies and Germany in general:-)).

Great colleagues and many possibilities to meet them. International environment to practice your language skills. Bosses have open doors and ideas are welcome. We just had a health day in the company which was great

Very old fashioned, tries to be modern but since management doesn't change, they always fall back to the old ways. They have waves of people leaving every year. Another is coming soon. Last time it was up to 50 people leaving or being fired because they didn't like them.

No chance to grow. People in higher positions are too comfortable and will not move, even if they are bad, management doesn't see it. That's why not just me but others will leave soon.

I have worked in several jobs already, big companies and start-ups and nowhere we had atmosphere like this. Lies from management, secrecy and control, control, control.

They tell you that everything is possible. then you overachieve targets and your "raise" doesn't even cover inflation.
Do not come here because of promises. Be sure you have what you want in your contract.

Good colleagues. Without them I would have left already. But now I have to go anyway. Not even colleagues can make it good enough here.

pretty dirty, the floor is disgusting at some places and the people in office management don't do anything even if you ask. elevators are very often broken. good luck walking up to the 4 floor
