The Work-Life Balance is very good, you are free to do HO whenever you like, there is a nice get together every friday afternoon with free beer and drinks and nice talks about companys insights.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There isnt a path for career, or actually there is one, but you have no clue how to get there.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Maybe it was just my team. But everyone only worked for themselves and didn't really want to help. In addition, everyone saw me as a support worker (which I was really only for one person) and there was never a real thank you or recognition. I did something that really added value to Motius (outside my area of responsibility) and they didn't even mention my name.

Maybe the young startup behavior is not for everyone.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Mine barely talked to me, he didn't even came to me to say goodbye on my last day. My "supervisor" did not care about me at all. 1 on 1s were cancelled many times, no feedback culture, maybe he simply forgot about me?
Kommunikation
not the best. The founder were keen to keep it transparent (which worked) but the communication at all wasn't very good ... sometimes I had to wait about two days for an answer.
Interessante Aufgaben
Most boring tasks ever. If there would be any learning-curve it probaply would've been negative.
