Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Good colleagues with a fun and lighthearted atmosphere. This is one of the main reasons why I joined the company in the first place.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Lots of growing pains recently which have been exacerbated by the economic downturn.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
In the past year, aspects like personal development has been deprioritized due to the Corona downturn. There are plans in the coming year to improve it and bring it back, so things should be getting better there.
