You might have a life-long contract or being an intern, there is always the chance for you to be fired for no reason. People feel unmotivated and tend to leave the company as soon as possible.

Total lack of communication, between departments, but also coming from the management.

That´s the best part of the work. I don´t know why, but people working in the company happen to be very nice. It makes easier to bear the whole situation.
Work-Life-Balance
It depends in which department you are. Operations have a better balance, but if you are in Sales, forget to have a life.

Probably the worst I have ever seen in my life. People kicked out of the company for having different views compared to the ones of the higher management, unrealistic goals and, even if they like to talk about "flat hierarchy", it's not true at all. Moreover, the company culture is based on control and no trust.

In general, very good but if you belong to the Sales Department, you will be treated like you would be in the production line and you will have fewer rights than the others.

Not really. The management has a professional cooker preparing meals every day... and they never throw away the rests, preferring to create a nice mould ecosystem instead. I would not call it "environmental conscious"...
