All show and no substance - will it ever change again for better?

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The old management team back then until early 2020 was great. They didn't do everything right either, but they were human and honest. Company has been informal, friendly and human and above all "real". Salary always arrived very punctually and very reliably.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The respective favorites of the superior are courted, if necessary employees are disposed of who stand in the way of the courtier and/or they are simply no longer promoted and are left to grope on the spot. I am critical of the promised improvement in communication and in general, as the people who are currently in charge have already had something to say in recent years and have not exactly shone with fairness or humanity. Why haven't you acted better in the past? And now, hurray, everything is getting better just because the gentlemen have each moved up a chair? The mold-infested wall has just been given new wallpaper, but we'll see if the mold comes back. Let good deeds speak for themselves in the form of appreciation and treat employees fairly. Appreciate your employees, because they earn the money for you that you receive. From production to sales at the end. Stop treating employees like little children who are then rewarded with a party when they have done everything to your satisfaction. This evaluation is years overdue and will not change anything in this company at the moment, but maybe more people will come and dare to say what they think. And maybe at some point something will really change for the better. I hope so for the remaining employees.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Just listen to the employees how they see things. The currently promised improvement in communication and the other promises are being closely scrutinized, as trust has been broken. An apology to the employees would actually be appropriate. After all, it was neither wise nor fair to degenerate in this way towards the employees just because a nice bonus is beckoning. Also this "disaster" last year could have been avoided if greed had not been so prominent. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's the balls that make the difference when you admit that you've played a big part in the situation.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Strategy is enforced with a crowbar; corporate culture is trampled underfoot. Unfortunately, the corporate culture is now only "framed on the wall" and is only lived, if at all, by the employees who actually work there (all departments except the C-Level).

Kommunikation

Not available in the correct way. Regular meetings and calls that unfortunately only serve to show how bad you are and to put even more pressure on you. Communication takes place from top to bottom, but never the other way around. No questions or support from superiors. Problems were addressed but not taken seriously.
You get information more reliably in the corridor. Even information relating to your own team or your own position is not passed on at an early stage.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

The so-called superiors are just puppets who are controlled from the very top (investors). You should become more "human" again and think also about the health of your employees.Unfortunately, most managers have no social or professional competence. All they want are employees who parrot the strategy 1:1 and don't think about anything else. Upstarts are promoted whether they are any good or not. Really good people are kept in their respective positions as long as they are usable. This personnel policy deliberately accepts dissatisfaction among the workforce and "voluntary" emigration which is a shame.

Gleichberechtigung

Nice looking females, YES-sayers and blenders get ahead. Networkers and big talk beat content expertise. Verbal sexual harassment is not punished, depending on the position the person holds in the company. Men can also feel verbally harassed - just for information.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Salaries of long-standing colleagues do not increase as quickly as the salaries of new colleagues are raised. You are no longer rewarded for good performance in your position, salary increases are only possible to a limited extent if you move internally, i.e. not in your own position, which is a shame.
