HR Calls via Linkedin and begins discussion as if job is for me to take.

Setups call with a very confused Interim Manager, but HR says her opinion doesn't matter in the interview process.

Interviewer neither knew firmware, embedded systems, lasers or Quantum computing. The interviewer clearly confused the work location. HR says Siegen, the Interviewer says Hamburg.
After 1 month of Ghosting, HR wakes up wants to keep a call between me and the CPO and wants me to complain to the CPO about the Interviewer/Interim Manager.

Overall really poor signs of a company culture and interpersonal issues.

CPO needless to say is so bbusy cannot take 30-45 minutes to take an interview. Pointless to give feedback to CEO and CTO.

Point to note for other applicants:
Company is a very academia based Start-up with hopes a future.
When they fall face first with interviews and such poor processess, will they be successful?
Someone willing to go through that journey should apply or fall in the trap of the HR's Lure.

Quantum computing may be cutting edge, but who does it and brings it to the market matters.
Eleqtron definetly don't seem to be the ones meant to do it with their so called selection and Hiring Processes.

Just noticed other reviews like this so its their poor way of working and not quite a one off experience.
