Arrogance:Exozrt must also present themselves positively to the applicant and not just the other way around. Seems like some people/hirinhg managers have not known any other company except their own for 10 years.
Participants were late and a part did not show up as announced.
The interviewers were arrogant and dismissive. During the interview they ate and talked to external participants who came into the room. It was like a cross-examination and you were not allowed to ask your own questions. Very unpleasant and somehow passive-aggressive atmosphere.
