You are often asked to work late. Which would be fine with me, if I would understand why this is necessary. But you better don't ask those questions.

Most colleagues are really nice people. But there's a culture of fear that doesn't bring out the best in people.

There are a few older colleagues who are with the company since the beginning. I don't think they get the respect they deserve. But then again that goes for everybody in the company.
