Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. A great place to work!
Arbeitsatmosphäre
One of the best things about this company was the atmosphere. It found it be one of the friendliest places I've ever worked. In a small company, people see a lot of each other and this can be a blessing or a curse. In my case, I had a good relationship with most of my colleagues.
Kommunikation
Sometimes there were too many meetings, particularly given that it's a small company where everyone is in frequent contact with each other. However, following staff feedback, attendance was made optional for one of my team's scheduled meetings.

Within my team, there was always a willingness to help each other out whenever necessary. The team members were very supportive of each other.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The managers are open, friendly and approachable. In many ways, there is a sense that everyone at the company is on an "equal footing". I always had a good relationship with my immediate manager. Any issues that I had were listened to and addressed and my workload was rarely a problem.
Interessante Aufgaben
The project manager assigned work to the team members as fairly as possible and tried to take account of their personal preferences. Planning my work day wasn't an issue as the project manager usually did this for me! Personally, I prefered this approach as long as it was done in a realistic and fair way (which it always was). It meant that I could concentrate on "getting the work done".
