See colleagues. The place is made by the people. We often cook together, the best ideas for sharing and communicating come from my colleagues (not just from the boss). Cool.

Never worked overtime worth mentioning. Lots of nice parties. We can bring partners and kids to most events. Nice:)

They work with us and they work hard. Sometimes I wish they would give us a bit more room and get less involved in everything but what's great is that they live by example instead of just delegating and sitting back (or going off to play golf like my last boss!).
Interessante Aufgaben
I know I can make it as interesting as I want it to be. Often time is short for fun stuff and the more boring stuff needs to be done first though.

You have to see it to realise how great this place is!
I sit at a desk all day and I can't begin to tell you how great it is to get a massage any time of the day I want (we have a room called a "retreat" with a massage chair and chill-out music)

Really good own seminars (I have attended one so far) and I have also received external training whenever I need it.
