The whole interview process was very professional, very appreciative and at eye level. The communication with the Talent Sourcing Specialist leading the process and all colleagues involved, was very transparent and it was always clear what the next step would be. I received feedback very quickly and the next steps were planned promptly.
There were several rounds of interviews with different interview partners (People Team, Peers, Leadership Team) - remote and on-site - which were very well prepared with in-depth questions, where I was able to gain detailed insights into the company, the culture and the role, and where we were able to get to know each other very well.
Even after I accepted the offer, there was close contact with the People Team to prepare my onboarding very well and to make me feel part of enmacc from the first minute. What a great candidate experience!
Clear and professional communication from the moment I sent in my application to the moment I was hired. The process was well structured and explained from the beginning and I was given feedback through every step. All interviews were very pleasant and all my questions were answered.
My first interviewer was with the recruiter, following an interview with the Talent manager and finally the Head of Finance. Finally, I was called by the recruiter who offered me the job. I also had another job offer and turned this down as I felt the interview process at enmacc was transparent and it was a great cultural fit for me.
All in all, I can only say that I felt really comfortable from the first moment on.
Train people on how to conduct interview. Read résumés before starting to ask people the same information in the CV. If you promised to give a feedback of the interview, do not ignore candidates (Ghosting).

One of the best recruiting experiences that I've ever had in my career. The communication was very professional, on point, clear, immediate, and friendly.
I went through 3 interviews. The first one was with the design team, the second one with the HR + customer success manager, and the last interview with the marketing team.
Each stage consists of very pleasant conversations about the company, role, requirements, capabilities, responsibilities, cultural fit, etc. After the 3rd interview, I got a phone call from the head of the design team with the job offer.
Every interview stage was very memorable and pleasant. The HR department's support continued even after the job offer. They made sure to inform me about the onboarding process, and what needs to be prepared until my first day at work. I cannot thank them enough!
The whole interview process was amazing. After submitting my CV, got a quick response to schedule my first interview. The whole process was transparent, and I got feedback almost immediately after my interview(s).
In total there were four interviews. The first interview was with HR (screening), which was amazing (actually made me really excited about joining Enmacc) and made the interview one of the most pleasant conversations I have had.
The second interview was with my hiring manager, he told me more about the company and the role. There were a few technical questions about which someone interviewing for the role should know.
Then there was the culture interview, this was also very pleasant as this revolved around seeing if you and the company were a good fit. I also got to know about core values that Enmacc has and how they value their employees.
Finally, I had a last interview in which I had to go over certain forecasting and valuation techniques.
After the fourth interview, I got an offer and I rejected job offers at two other places to accept Enmacc. The HR department is amazing throughout the process and the whole recruitment process was honestly the best I have ever gone through.
The process could be faster. It took 1.5 half months to get to the last stage.
